dleverse is a free, fan-made guide site, so these terms are short for a reason: there is not much to argue about. The short version — by using this site you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The Service

dleverse (www.dleverse.com) publishes guides, reference tables and free browser tools for the game RNGdle, such as the rarity calculator, the practice-roll sandbox and the batch roller. Everything is provided free of charge. The site runs no user accounts and no database, pages are pre-built files delivered by a CDN, and every tool runs locally inside your browser — no number you type or roll is transmitted to us. The site is funded by advertising; see the privacy policy for how ads and analytics are handled.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site and its tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• interfere with or overload the site or its hosting, or help anyone else do so;
• generate artificial or fraudulent interactions with the advertisements that fund the site, including automated or incentivized ad clicks;
• use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or that could expose us or our hosting and ad providers to liability.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Trademarks

The articles, tables, charts and code on this site were created by dleverse and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to quote short excerpts with a link back, but you may not republish whole pages or the tools themselves without permission. RNGdle is a third-party game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to this site; game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Refund Policy

Not applicable — everything on dleverse is free. We do not sell anything, process payments, or hold funds, so there is nothing to refund. If you pay for something you saw in an advertisement on this site, that transaction is between you and the advertiser, not with us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability. Probabilities, tiers, badge lists and EP values shown here are computed with a fan-made model that is described on each page; they may differ from the official game, and official rules can change at any time. Do not treat this site as the official source of game rules — the official game always wins.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dleverse and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.

Violations of These Terms

If you break these terms — for example by abusing the site, defrauding the advertising that funds it, or misusing our content — you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for the consequences. We may respond with reasonable measures, such as asking our hosting, CDN or ad provider to restrict the offending traffic, and we reserve the legal rights available to us.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms ever change, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
